Please arrive from 12.15 PM and no later than 12.45 PM and proceed to the main lawn. There will be refreshments and lite bites available upon arrival.

This will be provided. Wadhurst have a policy on this so please do not bring your own.

Due to the delicacy of the furniture and carpets, no red drinks can be consumed within the castle including wine, aperol and cranberry juice.

Firework and sparklers are not allowed

Mark and Neil will be glad to feed and water you from arrival until the evening cocktails. Wine, beer, guinness, Gin and Vodka will be available along with a selection of mixers soft drinks and water. Glasses and ice will be provided by the caterers. If you have a favourite tipple, feel free to bring this and hand it over to the staff upon arrival with advice of which table you are sitting on. You will be provided with your table name upon arrival.

As this is an all day event, the Castle will be closing at 8.00 pm. We appreciate that some guests will have a journey home so please, should you want to, please feel free to leave after the post wedding breakfast cocktails. For those that want to join us, we will be heading to the pub at the hotel. Feel free to get changed and relax, see you in the bar if you’re still standing!

If you are driving to the event there is ample parking in the paddock. The car can be left in the paddock overnight, at their owners’ own risk, and must be collected by 10.00 AM the next day.

Feel free to take and share on social media. This is an all day event with no additional guests in the evening so you wont be giving anything away. We would appreciate you sharing your photos with us and there will be an app to follow.

The Castle is located in a rural area. Cabs will need to be booked in advance. For those that are choosing to stay at the Premier Inn hotel, there will be a mini bus running between the venue and the hotel from 7 PM to 8 PM.
